Perhaps the stars were aligned and we were just lucky to call soon after the car was advertised but from there on, Ben looked after us exceptionally well. From first sight and test drive to MOT, service valeting and final preparation, no detail was overlooked and Nick quickly helped us register and tax the car, to drive away. Abbey Cars also included a very good package of RAC warranty and breakdown cover. Would strongly recommend them.

Best Car Dealership I have ever dealt with.
I had to buy a car during the current lockdown restrictions and I was a little concerned about it to be honest, however my experience with Abbey Park Cars was really fantastic from start to finish. A very straightforward part exchange and RAC Warranty which more than covered repairs to the tracking and wheel balancing due to the car being off road for a bit. In depth WhatsApp visual tours were fabulous as I knew what I was getting beforehand and B was very patient answering lots of questions about the vehicle. He is very thorough and the exchange was very straightforward. A small but professionally run dealership which is genuinely interested in making the purchase and part exchange process as smooth as possible. We would use Abbey Park Cars in the future with no hesitation. Brilliant customer service.

A first class purchase from a first class dealership!
I was on the lookout for a new mini JCW and happened to see one they had just listed on auto trader. I gave them a call and spoke to a guy called Ben. He explained that they had just got the car and hadn’t even given it a clean, but if I wanted to have a look I could come straight round. Ben explained that if I wanted it he’d make sure the car was given a full clean inside and out. Normally it’s hard to judge a used car on a forecourt as a lot of used car imperfections are covered up. However Ben took me round the car and preceded to point out all the faults he could find on the car and explained that they would all be sorted out. After a fairly long test dive I decided it was the car I wanted and paid a deposit. I live more than 90miles from there showroom so left them to sort the prep work on the car, which was done as arranged and on time. All the way though I was kept informed with what was going on and when I returned was extremely pleased with the car. After I had the car for a couple of weeks I found a small problem with the drivers seat and informed Ben, expecting to just be told to claim from the warranty. Not only did he agree to fix the problem but he arranged for me to have the work done a garage very local to me to save a trip back and picked up the bill! I found my dealings with Abbey Park Cars to first class and much better than the service you get from main dealers! Even if you need to travel a long way to deal with this company they are well worth the visit.

My experience purchasing a car from Abbey Park Cars was excellent. I worked with The team through the entire purchase. The team was fast to answer all my questions and helped out as much as they could. I was a little skeptical at first because I bought the car unseen due to the current situation and collected the vehicle on a click and collect basis. Nick and Ben made the car purchase easy by offering a complete walk around of the car and pointing out blemishes to make sure there were no surprises once I received the car. I would highly recommend these guys to everyone.

Had a very enjoyable visit with Abbey Park Cars today! We had been in email contact with Ben the last few days regarding a car and we decided to take the 4 hour train journey down as we had already sold our car. Ben was kind enough to offer to pick us up from the station and it was lovely to chat with him about his experience and the company he has built up and developed. Ben was so patient with us and our circumstances; as we were waiting for the payment to arrive in our account before we could proceed with the purchase, he even came up with alternative solutions in case we were unable to sort anything the same day. It was a truly wonderful experience and has really changed my view on car buying. Ben and his team at Abbey Park Cars are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, passionate and professional and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future!

We’ve just bought our Volvo V70 from Ben and Abbey Park Cars and couldn’t be happier! Great service from start to finish with no hard sell, but patience and support throughout the decision making process, including full virtual tour of the car, inside and out. Minor additional work was completed on the car by their own volition to maintain their own high standards, which we were very grateful for. We part exchanged our car with APC and was very pleased with the price offered. Very grateful to Ben and his team for their excellent service and although we travelled 2.5 hours to exchange/collect our beautiful new car, we’d look to Abbey Park Cars again in the future and would recommend wholeheartedly...thank you!

Excellent service. Abbey Park Cars had THE ONLY car I wanted. Being over 500 miles away seeing it in person wasn't possible. However the guys sent me a series of thorough video clips with a full appraisal. Service was friendly and honest. Purchase was very simple and the car driven up to Scotland by Autoplate UK.
Vehicle is in mint condition and was priced fairly ...
I can highly recommend this company.

Unbelievable service from start to finish. Being based in NI and with pandemic in place it wasn’t just as easy to jump on the next flight to view a car we had our eyes on. Ben provided detailed videos, photos and all paperwork via text messages which helped us to make a quick decision on the car. Ben kept the car in storage while we arranged pickup which was no issue.
Ben provided a brillante experience for us as I’ve never bought a car before without viewing it, and I have to say the car spec is unbelievable. Delighted with my purchase, I’ll defiantly do business with Abbey Park Cars again.

Amazing company.
