An excellent purchasing experience

We found the car on the website. We were met by Nick - friendly, informal, non-pushy. We'd already spoken to him about part exchange and there was no change in what he'd said when he saw our car. We had a test drive with no pressure put on us. The discussion on prices was straight, honest and very fair. That was Saturday and on Monday we got a call to say they had managed to get the car MOT'd, we organised the money and picked the car up the next day - beautifully presented, valeted inside and out, tax arranged, all at a time to suit our schedule. A happy, stressless buying experience.

I recently purchased my S-Max from here, and the experience could not have better, all aspects of the transaction went perfectly, from transferring the personal plate to taxing the vehicle ready to drive away. Nick and Phil made every effort to make the process as smooth as silk. Highly recommended.
